Spiritual Affirmations

Giving brings me happiness at every stage of its expression. I
experience joy in forming the intention to be generous. I experience
joy in the actual act of giving something. And I experience joy in remembering the fact that I have been a giver.

I am in touch with my own deepest nature. I am letting it flow out of me unimpeded.

My life is an opportunity to share the special gift that I alone can bestow upon the world.

My soul is free from limitations. My soul has spontaneous knowledge.
My soul exists in complete fulfillment.

Every cell in my body is interdependent with everything else in the entire universe. Every breath that I emit has a relationship with everything else that exists in all worlds. My separate identity is a fiction, an illusion.

I am releasing those parts of my life that are no longer necessary.

I am already whole. All I need to do is peel away the layers of fear
that keep me out of touch with who I really am.

I no longer see black or brown or white people. I see people with all kinds
of beautifully colored jackets.

No one on Earth has the power to make me unhappy. No event, no condition, no situation, and no person has the power to disturb or hurt me.

When I do things for the sake of others, no sense of attachment or conceit arises. It is just like feeding myself. I hope for nothing in return.

The Ocean of Being is a realm of pure, unconditional love and
acceptance, a primordial womb of Light, blazing with beauty and glory beyond measure. I am aware, with a sense of absolute certitude, that
this is my true and eternal home.

My task is to free myself from this delusive prison, by widening my circles
of compassion, to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in
its beauty.

Nothing in this world really belongs to me. At best, I am a borrower.
It is my duty, therefore, to borrow no more from the world than I absolutely need, and to make full and proper use of it. Taking more than I need and wasting it, is a form of stealing from all living beings.

What I am, is what I have been. What I will be, is what I do now.

Every particle of my body is Light; a Light that is warm. radiant, peaceful, accepting, and forgiving; a Light that is completely non-judgemental, and gives me a sense of total security; a Light that is perfection; a Light that is total, unconditional Love.

My thoughtful self! Reproach no one, hold a grudge against no one,
bear malice against no one; be wise, tolerant, considerate, polite, and
kind to all.

The flies seek filth; the bees seek honey. I will shun the habits of the flies and follow that of the bees. I will refrain from finding fault in others and look only for the good which is in them.

I am a radiant center of love, giving forth blessings of encouragement, rather than curses of judgement and limitation.

I am grateful for all situations because I use them as grist for the mill of
soul growth.

I relinquish inner resistance to what is, and accept the present moment,
the Now, unconditonally and without reservation. I yield to, rather than oppose the flow of life.

Anything that I can imagine is mine to be or do or have. The Universe adores me, for it knows my broadest intentions.

My heart is a burning flame, and my body is the aura around this flame. Every particle of my body is light.

Everything I need is already within me.

I am regaining the sense of wonder that I possessed when I was a small child.

I see with a vision that is clear and unclouded by fear and desire.

When I become momentarily discouraged, I immediately find a way to restore my best spiritual self.

I see all things, not as I am, but as they are.

I am not my atoms; they come and go. I am not my ego; my self-image changes. I am above and beyond these. I am the Witness, the Self beyond self-image; a self that is ageless and timeless.

I am a reed whose entire being has become hollow enough to play the music of God.
